Plan
Development, Review, Audit
Is your Emergency Response Plan up to date? Are you short on emergency planning resources? Our experts
can review your existing plan for relevancy in today’s environment, identify
deficiencies, and work with your personnel in updating your plan to deal with
the most important threats to your operation. To keep your plan current, we can
review it on a periodic basis and test it through a series of customized
exercises. If you don’t have a
plan in place, or your plan is outdated, we will work with your staff to develop
a plan that is consistent with your business goals and objectives.
We’ll help prepare your business, should an unplanned event occur, to
get back to the business of your

Drills
and Exercises
Having a plan is only the first step in
being prepared. Without testing
that plan, you don’t know how effective your execution will be.
EPP can design tabletop through full-scale functional exercises,
depending upon your specific needs. These
exercises are customized to the specific areas you feel need to be focused upon,
or they can be designed to simulate a typical occurrence in your industry.
In either case, exercising your plan is critical to your ability to
respond during an emergency. EPP is
also available to act as an outside observer for any exercises you may be
conducting in-house.

Standard
Operating Procedure Development
One of the keys to success in managing an
emergency is having fully documented standard operating procedures and using
them regularly. By doing this,
activities become so routine that employees don’t have to concentrate on how a
particular action is accomplished, it’s just second nature.
If you look at your own organization, you’ll recognize procedures that
you employ, but are they documented? EPP
can assist you in documenting this valuable information so that it is easily
communicated from one person to another. Documentation in this area could be the starting point for an
emergency response plan, or it can better define roles and responsibilities
during a crisis.

cannot gain access to your facility for an extended period of time?
Let the objective eye of EPP assess your facility and make
recommendations for remediation.
